Any individual interested in the development of Salem City/District can join this forum.

Forum activities shall cover activities that are non-fund collection and non-profit type except for the voluntary contributions by the interested members for the cause of forum functioning.

Forum’s activities are purely voluntary and are focused towards Salem City and District Development.

Forum is not answerable for the completion of the activities/suggestions/ideas as they are voluntary in nature.

For the purpose conducting co-coordinated meetings and putting up suggestions, ideas generated in the forum, the forum shall have nominated President, Secretary & Treasurer. Also it will have Executive, Organizing, Administrative Committee among the members to help running the Forum.

Forum shall meet at least once in six months.

All the above posts for a period of 1 year from the date of successful nomination.

The above posts are nominated by unanimously or by majority of the voice votes of the members attending the special annual meeting or through electronic voting through internet.

Accounts of the voluntary funds contributed by the interested members shall be provided to all the contributing members and the acceptance of the same shall be recorded.

All points/suggestions/proposals emanated from the forum shall be projected to administrative, political and other forums only through the forum’s letter head. Such proposals may be posted in the appropriate internet based discussion forums for the benefit of all members.

All such proposals in forum’s letterhead may be signed off by the President/acting president and Secretary/acting General Secretary.

In exceptional cases, signature of either the president or General Secretary alone may be sufficient, but the office copy shall be ratified.
