On the NH47 four lane works, an mega trumpet interchange is coming up near kandhampatti meeting NH7. The old intersection on kondalampatti is re-aligned to meet in this place. It will be a Elevated road right from uthamacholapuram to kandhampatti, creating a new by-pass to kondalampatti.
